Addigy Identity v3.1.0 is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 16 at 9:00 AM EDT / 13:00 UTC.
Impact: No downtime is expected. Addigy Identity updates automatically.
Improvements: This release moves two Addigy Identity features from beta to general availability. Both features have been available in beta and are now moving to the production channel. These features are opt-in only, must be enabled by administrators at the policy level within Identity settings, and will not turn on automatically.
• Silent FileVault Login Unlock — Allows FileVault-enabled Macs to bypass the FileVault pre-boot screen on the next restart and proceed directly to the Addigy Identity login window. This provides end users with a single Identity login experience after signing in. Additional context is provided in the Identity configuration UI before enabling this setting.
• End User Device Assignment — For organizations using Addigy’s end user directory syncing through SCIM, administrators can enable automatic device assignment when a user signs in to Addigy Identity. This helps keep device inventory aligned with the correct end user based on your identity provider.
