Self Service for Mac v2.7 Release Paused May 19, 2026 13:00-14:00 UTC

Update - The Self Service for Mac v2.7 release previously scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 at 9:00 AM EDT (13:00 UTC) has been postponed.

We’re taking additional time to review and make any necessary adjustments to the planned Prebuilt Apps menu bar experience before moving forward. The new menu bar icon and Prebuilt Apps update list will not appear on managed Macs on May 19, and no action is required from admins or end users.

If you previously communicated this change to your end users, we recommend letting them know that the Prebuilt Apps menu bar update will not be released on May 19.

We are still releasing an improvement to the existing Prebuilt Apps notification experience on May 19. Existing notifications will now be limited to one app at a time on a 4 or 8 hour cadence, based on your policy settings, reducing the number of prompts your users receive back-to-back. We'll continue evaluating the rollout plan for the new menu bar experience and share a revised release date once confirmed.

Scheduled - Addigy will be performing a Release Deployment for the iOS Compliance Improvements at 08:00 AM US Eastern, Monday, May 11th, 2026 // 12:00 UTC for 1 Hour.

iOS benchmark compliance will wait for confirmation that the profile was successfully installed on the device before reporting compliant. Previously, a device was marked compliant as soon as the profile was sent, which could hide install failures caused by policy conflicts or missing dependent keys.
