During this maintenance, there will be a service disruption for Addigy MDM Service.

Addigy will be performing a Release Deployment for the Addigy Agent at 07:00 EST Wednesday January 20 2021 // 12:00 UTC on Wednesday January 20 2021 for 45 minutes.

The Addigy Agent will be upgraded to version 0.02.022.

This is a rolling update and agents will be updated as they come online and as the release is rolled out.
If you would like to upgrade immediately or prior the rolling deployment, please contact support@addigy.com and we can coordinate your early Agent Update.

Scheduled - Addigy's ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect) Integration will roll out the new Agent Update on Monday, January 11 2021 at 22:00 US Eastern Time || Tuesday, January 12 2021 at 03:00 UTC.

This maintenance will queue the Agent Upgrade for ConnectWise Control. If the devices are offline, they will upgrade when they come online.
