Update
Addigy is scheduled to release Self Service v2.4.43 on Thursday May 2nd, 2024, at 8 AM Eastern Time. This will apply for devices on macOS 10.15 and up. For more information on supported OSes see: https://support.addigy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403542605459-Addigy-System-Requirements

Addigy is scheduled to release Self Service v2.4.43 on Thursday May 2nd, 2024, at 8 AM Eastern Time.

This version change includes:
• Updated MSAL library SDK in Addigy Self Service. The new MSAL version of 1.3.1 will replace the current 1.2.17 to account for new Microsoft Entra account authentication workflows as part of the Microsoft Conditional Access integration.

In our testing, there have been no service interruptions. We anticipate a smooth release. However, should you encounter any issues or require further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at support@addigy.com.
