Addigy will be performing a Release Deployment for All supported Compliance Benchmarks at 08:00 Eastern, Monday, September 8th 2025 // 12:00 UTC for 1 Hour.

Release Deployment - Addigy Agent Upgrade v0.02.035 Sep 16, 2025 12:00-13:00 UTC

Addigy will be performing a Release Deployment for the Addigy Agent at 08:00 Eastern Time, September 16th 2025 // 12:00 UTC for 1 hour. This will be a staggered roll out to subsets of organizations at a time throughout the week of September 16th 2025.

This release does not include any new features to the Addigy Agent. It will include additional logging and performance updates.

Scheduled - We want to inform you that the ThreatDown OneView platform will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, August 30 from 6:00 - 8:00AM PDT (New York: 9-11AM, London: 2-4PM, Paris: 3-5PM, Dubai: 5-7PM, Singapore: 9-11PM, Sydney: 11PM-1AM).

During this period, OneView will be unavailable. There will be no impact to managed endpoints, as they will continue to run scheduled scans, obtain updates, and remain protected as configured via your settings.

Investigating - We are currently investigating elevated latency on Addigy Cloud Interface, certain components may be slow to load. This issue appears to be occurring from an upstream provider, and is still being investigated.
