Addigy will be performing a Release Deployment for the Addigy Self Service Application at 07:00 EST Wednesday October 7 2020 // 11:00 UTC on Wednesday October 7 2020 for 45 minutes.

Addigy Self Service will be upgraded to version 1.0.21.

This release fixes several issues with Self Service including:
* Chat will now open directly to the message sent by the administrator to the user instead of indicating an active chat session with a blue dot
* Correctly Scale Icons in the menu bar
* Adds a new capability to choose if you with to force user prompts to the foreground.

We anticipate no user prompts with this deployment of Self Service.
